Reflix ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Reflix Trade Journal mobile application and the website at reflix.trade. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect

When you use Reflix, we collect the following data that you actively provide:

• Trade journal entries — action type, price, quantity, order type, status, and any notes you write.
• Emotional state tags — the emotion label you attach to each entry (e.g. zen, fomo).
• Trade dates and times — the date and time you record for each entry.
• Account identifier — a unique user ID issued when you sign in via OAuth (GitHub or Google). We do not store your name, email address, or profile picture.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to provide the Reflix service:

• Storing and displaying your trade journal entries across devices.
• Computing unrealised and realised P&L figures shown in the app.
• Authenticating your session.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to operating the journal service.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except as required by law or to operate the service (e.g. our hosting provider). We do not use any third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your journal entries are stored on our servers. We use HTTPS for all data transmission and JWT-based authentication. We do not store payment information.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and data.
• Export your journal entries.

7. Children's Privacy

Reflix is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13 years of age.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
